This wonderful air conditioned waterfront 4 Bedroom plus sleeper sofas 1 full bath with 4 additional showers house located in Little Egg Harbor NJ 08087. There is a huge modern kitchen with all large and small appliances included. There is a big screen HDTV in the living room and regular tvs in all the bedrooms. There is a very large indoor super spa right off the master bedroom there is also a fireplace and a 7 x 19 4 headed handicapped accessible shower made of imported Travertine marble in the spa room. The outside of this just fully remodeled waterfront house has a fully fenced yard BBQ picnic table diving board sliding board swimming ladder and 6 boat slips in the back yard and there is a very nice beach at the end of the street. The landscaping of the grounds are comprised of white stone roses bedding plants and numerous fruit trees. The bulkhead is approximately 5 weeks old and carries a 50 year warranty and has a huge E shaped floating dock attached and accessible by a handicapped capable ramp. This house has been previously used and is now set up as a luxury vacation rental house and sleeps 16 people in its current configuration and has off street parking for up to 6 cars. The home has both a central station alarm system and is fully covered by a home warranty. This is one of the few original historic (1900) Barnegat Light houses that has just (2006) been completely renovated and added on to. It now has 360 degree ocean, bay & inlet views from the top deck. This is a magnificent high end renovation. The house was a featured home on the 2007 Barnegat Light Historic House and Garden Tour. This Barnegat Light, LBI, house has the original wood-panelled front porch, a new kitchen, a dining room, in addition to living room, upstairs den, four bedrooms, two baths, five separate decks and a very private garden.
