Description: I'm sorry but being on here booked up my place for the next three months! I keep my profile because I am traveling and I want you to see that I am part of the community. Keep consulting the calendar in case of any changes. Apartment is located in an upscale, fabulous, and fun beach community right on the beach. One hundred feet from your door is the Atlantic Ocean. Right around the block is your choice of restaurants Greek, Hawaiian, Sushi, American, Italian, French, Pizza, Deli, Breakfast diner, Cafe, Gelato, Newsstand, Hamburger, and gourmet chocolate. You never need to get in your car once you arrive. There is even a great night club and no you don't hear the music at night. Walking distance is a Tiki Bar, steak/seafood restaurant and many weekends there are fairs along the boardwalk. There is a boardwalk for exercise and to walk the whole thing is four miles. You could even use my bicycle if you like. Street parking is difficult but I have a reserved spot for a small fee. Grocery store is less than a mile as is drug store, fast food, etc. Laundry in the apartment. The apartment is simply decorated with no personal clutter. It is VERY clean and bright. It has a king size bed and a large couch, and you can have people on the floor if you like. I also have two blankets for guests and lots of pillows stored in the ottoman. I have very nice clean fluffy towels and lots of them. It is located on the second floor and is very close to the back door exit for easy in/out to the beach and fun. Every Thursday in the center, there is a free concert with fun bands in the summer. There is a gym on the premises for use of $20 per day. Beach pass is $5 per day. There is a pool on the premises for free. The neighborhood is extremely safe and police patrol all the time as well as the property having their own security 24/7. This apartment is right in the middle of the complex close to all. You can easily get here from Manhattan from Penn Station to Long Branch with a less than mile walk, or quick cab ride, or take the ferry from southern Manhattan to Atlantic Highlands, one hour fabulous ride, then a $20 taxi to the apartment. Please give me at least two days notice. Please bring a $300 cashier's check for a security deposit. Nothing broken or missing or messed, I hand it right back to you. The hotel next door charges $299 per night. I'm really looking for someone to take over the lease for $1600 all inclusive, it runs until the end of December.
