There’s also a flat screen television featuring premium cable, a DVD player and a new, large programmable A/C. The eat-in kitchen seats 4 and has beautiful refinished hardwood floors. It is fully equipped with cooking utensils, plates, glassware and flatware, refrigerator, electric range and oven, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster and iron. The fenced in outdoor space has a wrap-a-round patio with new outdoor lounge furniture, a new gas grill and features a grass side yard not commonly found in Ocean Grove.
