It's first come first serve! 3 guest rooms in a Luxury New Jersey Location = 5-10 minutes to Midtown Manhattan! (Unheard of!). You can either rent 1 room, 2 rooms or the WHOLE location. Some reservations can have parking included in the garage! If you are considering a Brooklyn location, please note that the train can take a very long time especially when frequent track construction is going on. It could take you 30-60 minutes each way to commute between NYC and Brooklyn. Be aware of which parts of New York you are looking in. I would never live anywhere dangerous. In my NJ location, there are 3 bus stops within 1-3 blocks which means a NYC bound bus every few minutes and we are the last stop before entering the tunnel to Manhattan! LAST STOP PEOPLE!!! There is also a bus that will take you to the heart of Hoboken which has the Path train into lower Manhattan. We have three airports in the NY area: EWR, JFK, LGA. Notes from a prior guest: From JFK we took the airtrain $5-, to the Metro $2.25 to Port Authority in Manhattan, from Port Authority we can take tons of little gypsy buses for $2.50 for a total of around $10. Amazing! There are also airport shuttle buses from LGA and JFK to Port Authority for $12 and $15 each way. (color blue) ****WHAT’S THE APARTMENT LIKE?**** Besides being under 10 minutes to Midtown Manhattan (unheard of for this price) the place has: -3 MASSIVE SIZED Bedrooms, 2 Full LUXURY Baths -1 Master Suite w/Private Full Bath and 2 double closets -1 Queen sized bedroom with large double closet -1 King Sized or 2 Twins Guest Bedroom with large double closet -Full Kitchen -Granite Counters -Stainless Steel Appliances -Dishwasher, Washer Dryer -Use the kitchen (stove, microwave, dishwasher, sink, fridge, washer, dryer) -Clean it as I would, it's my home :) -My Condo Building -Elevator -FREE Wi-Fi, FREE Utilities -Freshly Laundered Sheets Birthplace of Frank Sinatra.
